So I live in another state entirely and I used 411 Properties to buy a home in Gillette. I needed someone that would be my feet on the ground since I was so far away. The 2 people I was in contact with were Jessica and Jaime and they were phenomenal. When I was able to get there in person they had a list ready to look at and made my visits productive. Then, when the home I eventually bought came on the market I was back home far away, but they notified me immediately and Jaime ran over to it as they were putting the for sale sign in the yard and got in to face time a tour with me and I made an offer within an hour! She was the first one to get in and we were the first offer, it would have been gone to someone else shortly after that had she not done that, no question. Talk about being there when I needed it! This was my 5th property purchased in my life, and it was by FAR the easiest and best experience of any of them.
