I was only going to be in town for three days to sign a purchase agreement on a home since my previous home in a different state was now under contract. I reached out to the team at 411 Properties for a house listed for sale. In working with Real Estate Agent Jaime Keuck, who represented the seller, along with her Broker, Jessica LeCour, I was able to see a home on a Wednesday evening which was my first choice of properties to look at while in town. I saw six other properties on Thursday, and on Friday morning, made my offer on the first one. Through a quick negotiation offer and counter which I accepted, on Friday afternoon, I signed a purchase contract and deposited earnest money. We closed on the property and their team along with the title company was outstanding. They were very responsive to the nuances of my contract as well as delivering on every expectation through closing. Their communication throughout was exceptional.
