Jessica has earned me and my friends' future businesses. I would give her 5.01 stars if I could. I've bought a couple of properties with other realtors before I met her but was never completely satisfied. They often left me to do my own research, did not schedule showings on time, and just downright did not reply. One or two were really only doing two things: showings and wrote up an offer. These experiences only served to highlight how good Jessica is. It's very difficult to find a realtor you can reliably trust to follow up on an ask, regardless of how simple or complicated. She's detail-oriented and has my interests in mind. I was remote for about half a year but we were able to find a house regardless. There were even hiccups in the closing process and it was pushed back by a few weeks but she was patient and followed all the way through! It was not easy to find parking at her broker's office in Birminghim though! So I took off 0.01 star. In the end, it's still a 5 star.

Jessica is awesome! I found her 5 star reviews online and she helped me with a few investment properties buying and selling. Even though she normally deals with more high end properties she still works hard as your agent and is available even till late in the evening! Now that’s dedication! She is super sweet and savvy and knows her stuff so it’s no wonder she’s one of the top agents in Michigan. If you are looking for the best Jessica is it.

Jessica helped ease our worries about selling our home when the majority of Michigan Covid restrictions were still in place. She was on top of the rules and regulations and found creative ways to market and sell our home within 24 hours of it being on the market. She gave us great advice on how to set up our home to appeal to others, brought in a great photographer/videographer, was a constant support and advocate during the selling process, and had wonderful communications skills. I was happy to have someone we could count on during such uncertain times.
