We reached out to Jessica after reading all of her positive reviews, and she did not disappoint!!! A highly effective real estate agent, as well as a truly good person. We first contracted Jessica to sell my father's house as he was moving into assisted living. She offered her recommendations of how to get the quickest sale at the highest price. We had multiple offers within 72 hours of listing. When the initial offer fell through, she had a replacement offer by the end of the week. Jessica was attentive and responsive through-out the entire process, even as much as traveling to my dad's assisted living location to complete the closing. She was professional and worked to get us top dollar, so we listed another one of our homes with her the following month. Jessica is the last (and only) real estate agent we will need.
Working with Jessica to find my new place was great! I started with a wide search range and that quickly shrunk to about 1 square mile. She was patient with the process and always available to facilitate showings on short notice; which helped with the limited inventory. When a property became available during the holiday season she didn't miss a beat coordinating the offer. Once I had a purchase agreement in place, Jessica was diligent making sure things were organized, facilitated communication with the mortgage company, and kept me informed on a regular basis. Needless to say, if I ever buy or sell another home, Jessica will be at the top of my list.
Jessica Juel exceeded all expectations!! I needed to have various repairs done before listing my home and didn’t know where to start. Will not use any other realtor over Jessica. She helped me find my first home and made the experience easy and stress free. She was very receptive on what I was looking for and picked several homes that fit the description to go see. Ended up loving one of those homes and gave me the needed insight to land the offer. Was very grateful and pleased with her care for me as a customer even after the sale was said and done. There was water damage upstairs that the inspector did not catch because it was under the carpet. Jessica went back to the sellers agent and was able to get them to fix the issue free of charge.
I worked with Jessica Juel to find my home, she was amazing to work with! I’d been interested in purchasing a home for 6 years and worked with many realtors but always found the prior experiences completely impersonable, disappointing and unnecessarily transactional. In today’s world, a realtor that simply sends one auto list after another is not an asset, they are a nuisance. Whereas Jessica made sure to cultivate and curate a discrete list of homes on a regular basis, actually taking the time to ensure each home’s finer points (hardwood floors, pantry, walk in closets, etc) were incorporated rather than just sending me one listing after another of 3 bedroom/2 bath/Birmingham listings. She really made it such a personal, customized experience. She had me viewing any home I liked within hours of my expressed interest in the home. And she fought like hell to get me a great deal. She did in 60 days what others failed to do in 6 years. Suffice it to say, we became friends and she’s my realtor moving forward!
We helped our daughter find a home in the Detroit area and were very fortunate to find and work with Jessica. I flew in from out of state for what we thought would be a three-day first look. However, Jessica so quickly figured out what would work for us that we found the right place, no further trips needed. She was super friendly, super responsive, and very knowledgeable about Detroit area real estate. And I'm not sure she ever sleeps--a couple of times I texted/emailed late in the evening, assuming she would take it up the next day, but she answered right back. I also got to meet one of her dogs, which was very nice because I missed ours. If you're buying or selling over there, just call Jessica.

Jessica helped my fiancé and I find our first home and it was such a great experience.
