Jessica made everything as easy as possible for us. She took time to get to know what we wanted and things we wanted to avoid. In the end she found the perfect home for us in our price range and we only put down one offer! I truly chalk that up to having an amazing agent who was able to negotiate for us. It made all the difference going with Jessica. During walkthroughs, she gave us different ideas and options to fix things for varying levels of cost depending what we wanted to spend. Jessica explained every step of the way and everything in the contract to us and answered all our questions. She demonstrated time and again that she is an expert in her field and is great at what she does. She’s passionate about her work and it shows! I frequently hear friends complaining about their agents but I can’t think of a single complaint. All I can say is if you need a recommendation in the future, I would 100% recommend Jessica for all your buying and selling needs. You won’t regret going with her but you might regret NOT going with her.
