Jessica made everything as easy as possible for us. She took time to get to know what we wanted and things we wanted to avoid. In the end she found the perfect home for us in our price range and we only put down one offer! I truly chalk that up to having an amazing agent who was able to negotiate for us. It made all the difference going with Jessica. During walkthroughs, she gave us different ideas and options to fix things for varying levels of cost depending what we wanted to spend. Jessica explained every step of the way and everything in the contract to us and answered all our questions. I frequently hear friends complaining about their agents but I can’t think of a single complaint. Jessica made this process incredibly easy! She listened to what I was looking for, did her research and provided options for me to determine how best to proceed with regard to renovations. She approached this modest apartment with professionalism and aplomb and I'm so glad she was my real estate agent for this sale. Jessica is very knowledgeable on the different neighborhoods in Denver and surrounding areas. She asked what our family likes and what our needs were and helped us find the neighborhood that fit us! Jessica responds to calls and messages promptly and was available to answer our questions during the buying process. When we found out our first choice house was already under contract, Jessica contacted the listing agent and asked our offer be submitted as a second/backup offer. After a couple weeks, Jessica was contacted when the first offer fell through and we were in line to get the house. She followed through to get us the home of our dreams!
