Jessica made this process incredibly easy! She listened to what I was looking for, did her research and provided options for me to determine how best to proceed with regard to renovations. I did not feel pressured to go with any particular option, she provided the information and let me decide. She approached this modest apartment with professionalism and aplomb and I'm so glad she was my real estate agent for this sale. I decided to do a full renovation and she quickly got a team in to begin the work. She made all the calls, assisted with designs and even picked up items at the store to get the condo into top condition. With my limited knowledge and experience, I trusted her the whole way and she did not disappoint. She kept me apprised of everything that was going on and managed the project like it was her own from start to finish. The condo renovations looked incredible afterwards and I received an offer over asking price as a result within days of it being on the market. I will be recommending Jessica to anyone I know in need of buying or selling. It can be a stressful and confusing process but it was far less so because of her knowledge and tenacity.
