Jess was new to the process of selling Vt specific homes. Despite this, she worked incredibly hard to find helpful connections that supported the repair and purchase process of my new home. She communicated quickly, efficiently, and professionally between myself, my attorney, my bank, and the seller. This was our first time buying a home (remotely from California!!) which was frightening. Jessica worked with us every step of the way to make sure we understood everything that was going on. She had the patience of a saint with us ornery old folks as some of the issues that came up we were unsure how to handle.
