We only had a few days in which to visit a number of houses and make a decision. Jessica was amazing during this time, persistent yet gracious in getting us viewings even when there were difficult tenants/guests at the properties! Ultimately we had an offer accepted on a house and then for great service she helped line us up with key trades to get the support we needed for property management and renovations. Great experience.

Jessica was my wife and I's agent for purchasing our first home, and we could not imagine a better experience. Throughout the process she was extremely responsive, guided us through all the unknowns, and was very flexible with our busy work schedules. Being our first time we didn't know what to expect, and Jessica made it easy and seamless. She also fought hard on our behalf when unexpected challenges arose either in the contracting, information disclosures, or when the sellers were simply being unattentively. In the years since we have bought our home, I have recommended Jessica to at least ten different friends, co-workers, and even my own parents.
