Jessica, Lauren and Anniana were so helpful. They made our purchase so easy 5 years ago and Lauren has been there any time I needed help with any sort of contractor the entire time we owned the home. And if the purchase wasn't easy enough, the sell was even easier! They told us exactly what to do in order to maximize our sell price and were there every step of the way. The pictures were amazing and we were literally under contract a few days after the home was put on the market. Rather than have us take the first offer, they encouraged us to wait over the weekend and we received NINE solid offers in THREE days. Way to go TEAM! Jessica was highly recommended to me from a former colleague. As advertised, Jessica was extremely knowledgeable about the market, price points, marketing strategies, and effective communication. When we sat down with her she was attentive to our needs and worked with us to create an effective plan to sale our home that worked with our hectic schedule. She found innovative ways to market the home outside of the MLS listing and open houses, for example: handing out candy and flyers for Halloween and leaving flyers at local businesses. She did a great job of communicating every week the feedback received for the house from the multiple visits. After we received offers, she explained them well and we accepted an offer we were happy with. Her transaction team was also extremely helpful throughout the closing experience. I will highly recommend Jessica and would love to work with her again in the future.
When I first called Jessica, to help me find a home, she never hesitated to help me at every beckon call. She put me on her email list and I was always undated on the type of home I wanted and what area I was looking in, and once the home was found and purchased, she appointed me a Property Manager, and I am still with him right now today, thank you Jessica for sticking by my side even when times got a little rough.
Jessica was great throughout the whole home selling process! She had an awesome way of being both professional and knowledgeable, yet seeming more like a new friend than someone you’d hired. Her suggestions for what to do before selling were helpful and easy (changing a bathroom paint color was the extent of it) and the photos of our house she had done were amazing! Then, her guidance through the buying process itself made the whole experience easy and stress free.
