When we listed with Jessica, it was our first time with a new agent so we were naturally skeptical. From the very first meeting, it was evident how detail oriented she was, and how committed she was to her work. She showed up in person for every single showing. We moved out of state and ended up losing a contract because we had to re-pipe our entire house. The situation couldn't have been more disastrous and costly, but Jessica handled the ENTIRE situation flawlessly. She oversaw the construction, dealt with city inspectors, the re-model, all while relentlessly following up with prospective buyers. Her communication skills are impeccable-she responded to every single text, call, thought we had literally within seconds day or night. Our buyer ended up having an inferior agent so Jessica also kept our deal in line and made sure the timeline was followed to the exact day.
