Jessica was phenomenal in the sale (and purchase) of my homes. No one is perfect, but Jessica clearly strives to be. Even at our first consult for the Property she clearly demonstrated and communicated the practical outcomes and a solid plan for setting up the listing. She continued to be a very clear communicator and one of the most thorough people I have ever worked with in any capacity. She is flexible and friendly, but not compromising. Before every showing, she made sure that my home was welcoming to its next owner, after each showing, she made sure that it would be welcoming for us to come home to. Jessica exceeded all expectations and made an otherwise dreadful process an absolute breeze. If I could give her 10 stars, I would. I would also use her again when/ if the time come for another move.

I had to sell a townhouse with my ex husband and I was not looking forward to the process. But, every time a problem came up, Jessica would quickly come up with a solution. On top of being a fabulous problem solver, she is also a top notch sales agent. She actually cleaned our townhouse after we had a maid come and clean the place because she wanted the place to look perfect! When we listed with Jessica, it was our first time with a new agent so we were naturally skeptical.
