This was our first purchase of a home in Florida and we were grateful for her insights. She was extremely honest about the houses we saw. She came prepared at every showing with all the necessary details about each property. Didn't sugarcoat anything negative which we appreciated. Pointed things out we hadn't even thought of or known we needed. And it didn't hurt that she is warm, friendly and kind and took time to get to know us so she could make suggestions on specific properties we saw. She is a gem.

From the beginning to even now Jessica has been one of the most helpful and knowledgeable people when I purchased my first home.
