Jessica was phenomenal in the sale (and purchase) of my homes. She honored all of my wishes when selling my beloved home and made me feel that my best interest was always top of mind in parting with my home. She got it under contract in a timely manner and the inspection and closing went according to plan with full transparency and constant communication. No one is perfect, but Jessica clearly strives to be. Even at our first consult for the Property she clearly demonstrated and communicated the practical outcomes and a solid plan for setting up the listing. She continued to be a very clear communicator and one of the most thorough people I have ever worked with in any capacity. She is flexible and friendly, but not compromising. Before every showing, she made sure that my home was welcoming to its next owner, after each showing, she made sure that it would be welcoming for us to come home to. Jessica exceeded all expectations and made an otherwise dreadful process an absolute breeze. If I could give her 10 stars, I would. I would also use her again when/ if the time come for another move.

We were not close to our property when we were selling. Jessica took care of meeting repair people, took back cable equipment, fought to get us closing dates and got the price close to what she promised. She was optimistic that our place would sell and didn’t give up despite some pitfalls.
