I wouldn't have to worry about re- buying appliances or water heaters and i could start fresh with my kids and the most important thing it was something i could afford! Today we are home and so obsessed with everything. Jessica truly cares about her clients and she has such an awesome personality that gets you excited for the whole process she was there the day i thought about purchasing a home to the day i closed.
