She is everything you could ask for in a real estate agent: honest, proactive, knowledgeable, efficient. In this case, she knew we were looking for a well-priced, multi-family in Bolton Hill that could be nicely renovated into a quality rental building. Given the limits on dividing Bolton Hill's grand houses into apartments, buildings like that are scarce.
