Jessica was amazing during the entire home buying process. She was very easy to communicate with, and always responded in a very timely manner. She was great at getting us showings for the homes we wanted to see, often last minute as well. She was very respectful and accommodating of my wife and I working off schedules. She was knowledgeable and helped us navigate this tough market but was never pushy. She helped us win an offer on a home we love even in this competitive of a market. She was always quick to schedule showings and was very quick to point out potential flaws that the seller may not list. This made my life much easier as I didn't know what to look for since this I was a first-time homebuyer. She was very attentive and intuitive on what I liked and didn't like.

Jessica went way above snd beyond the call of duty to get our house sold. If it wasn't for the extra steps that she took that she didn't have to take, we would likely be trying to get our house sold. Jessica did an excellent job in helping us through the home buying process. From shopping for a home and giving her input on the areas, what she thought of the houses and prices and sending us emails when new homes became available. Jessica was very adamant about wearing masks, gloves and shoe covers and wiping down all parts of the houses we toured. Once we found the house we wanted to make an offer on she made the process very simple and smooth. After the offer was accepted she was on top of all the critical dates and making sure everything was taken care of. We highly recommend using Jessica for your home buying needs and would use her again in a heartbeat.
