Awesome experience with Jessica Burns

Jessica was a gem to work with. Her knowledge, skills and abilities are above reproach. She is 100% client focused. The first time I met her, was at a house viewing. She let me walk around by myself. When I was done, she said: "Let me have it"; likes, dislikes, wants, needs & deal breakers. Jessica was very aware of the market & trends. My client "portal" was spot on, yet flexible enough to change as needed. She encouraged me to see everything, with or without her. She said it would help with either expanding or re-defining what I wanted. Everything has potential. Jessica was not afraid to have difficult conversations either. She kept me informed, if not included, on conversations with agents, loan officers & inspectors. Her negotiating skills are flawless. She is fond of saying; "I don't want you to leave money on the table", which enables her to think outside-the-box. Jessica was alongside me every step of the process. She was my cheerleader when I wanted to give up. I never heard her say one negative word. Her upbeat, positive attitude was steadying calm during some of the tumultuous storms we encountered.
