We met Jess at an open house. We had been trying to find a realtor for several months, and none of them really listened to what we needed. Jess was immediately the right fit. She listened to our needs, was straightforward with us about what we could expect, and patient as we went from house to house trying to find the right fit. She approached everything with joy and humor, while continuously not just ‘telling us what we wanted to hear’ and presenting us with common sense solutions. We knew we were being particular, because we have a 5 year old daughter and knew exactly the parameters we needed to fulfill in order to be happy with our home. After months we assumed we wouldn’t find anything soon and were preparing to rent for another year when we spontaneously stopped into a house outside of our original zone of interest, and Jess serendipitously happened to be there as well. It was very emotional, and we knew almost immediately we had found the house for us. Jess did everything she needed could to make it happen. We closed quickly, and painlessly because of Jess’ relentless energy to make it happen.
