My husband and I just bought and closed on our first house together. We worked with Nicholas and he was amazing to work with. He made sure no matter what day of the week or time of day to respond to texts, calls, and emails. He explained as much as he could about anything we questioned. If he was sure he would find the information out for us. Even though because of the market right now he made sure we got the house we wanted for the best price.

I lucked out picking the J. Boswell team!! I live in LA and years ago bought a place near UCONN for my brother who has Parkinson's. My brother met someone and decided to move in with her in Groton, without giving me any heads up. Happy for him, but that but me in a tight squeeze. I didn't want to make months of payments for an empty place, and I most definitely did not want to be a landlord. So enter Team Awesome! J. Boswell helped me get it on the market in just under a month, without me ever having to leave LA! They took care of everything, no surprises, constant updates and SOLD my place for OVER ASKING before I had to cough up any more cash on my end. Also I was clear, when I bought it, I did a full ADA remodel. But it was an older place that like any home, needed more love. I said, I'm done working on it so pls don't ask me (bug me) to do any more work on it. They honored that important request, which left me with a hassle free sale. As I said. I got over asking and that was much more than what I bought it for and the ADA work. I hope someone's family member that needs ADA will be enjoying it now. Only the highest of praise for J. Boswell, and I can be very picky about things like this!
