First day on the market was a flurry of activity with more interest than I ever imagined. There were a number of offers and Jess assisted in understanding each offer as it was presented and I was able to get a great buyer who was eager for the property. Jessica was truly exceptional. At first, we went with a family friend and let me tell you….. NEVER do that.... Especially if they do not know the area. Jessica lived in the area so she knew what people wanted and focused on that.
