As an out of state buyer I was referred to Jessica for her expertise in the area I was interested in. Thank goodness for her! She truly was my eyes and ears for the whole process. As I couldn't be there in person, she took the time to learn about my family's needs & wants to help us narrow our search. She then toured the houses I was interested in via video and zoom for us and conducted my closing walk throughs. She was also very responsive to calls/texts and helped get everything put together to close when it seemed impossible.
