Originally I was selling my house as "For Sale By Owner". I had a buyer, however they backed out at the last minute. My wife went online to find a Real Estate agent to help us, and she found Jesse Keim. I gave him a call to test the waters to see if I thought I could work with him. He picked up immediately, and assured me that he was the right choice. He came in to check the house, made suggestions on what we could do to make it more marketable. We decided to take the room colors to a more neutral color, and between Jesse, his fiance and myself and daughter in-law we prepared the house for viewing. Without his help painting, the task may have been overwhelming. After the painting was done, and the clean up complete Jesse put it on the market. First day on the market and Jesse had it sold for more than we expected and within the first day. Can't ask for better results. He is definately the man, and I would recommend his as your real estate guru.
