With a larger than normal housing inventory on the market and with buyers on the fence with the current interest rates, Jess knew marketing and realistic pricing would be the bedrock for my selling goals. There were buyers out there, and we needed to get their attention, with the proper staging, photos and video we were able to get better than average traffic for the local area. We received an offer within the first two weeks after listing in November, but with the amount of traffic we were receiving and the confidence in our pricing we decided to hold for an offer closer to matching my goals. We received that offer right before the holidays in December. Could not have been happier about the entire experience, Jess continuously exceeded my expectations right up to closing.
