Quick transaction very little rough spots

Jess communicated with us the full-time that we were in this process he was available by either phone, text message or email. We had an app called Home ShowingTime that Jess set up for us to be able to know every time there was going to be a showing in the house. Any questions that I had regarding pricing or things that needed to be done to the house to make it more sellable Jess was ready to answer. His knowledge of the area and how the market was was exceptional.

Jess went over and above selling our house. We moved out of state and he kept an eye on things when we weren’t there. One thing that I think stood out the most was when we closed, he noticed an error on the commission calculation that I did not catch. He brought it to the attorneys attention which meant his commission got smaller. He’s so honest! Our house also sold in less than two weeks. I definitely recommend him if you’re in the market for an agent.
