From the first step of listing my 5 unit building, Jess was spot on with coming up with a listing price that was higher than my expectations. Walked me through ever single step, dealt with my tenants in a very friendly manner, diffused a minor “disagreement “ with a combative tenant and had them cooperating with showing their unit within minutes.
