We got multiple offers and $10,000 above list price! $210,000 for a 2 bedroom, 1 bath! Jesicca watched comparables very closely staying in touch with other Realtors with similar properties to determine that they were closing for. Initially, my property was worth about $185,000 but she knew once an another property closed that would increase the value to $200,000. She expressed to me the importance of timing and not rushing listing until it was “parade ready. “ She always reassured me she would rather me take the extra time to get the house just-right for the big day than to rush listing. She said, “We only get one chance at a first impression” and she specializes in creating hype and and a ton of exposure!! She worked with us to stage our property, hired a professional photographer, and the property looked amazing!! She gave us the pros/cons of each offer. We didn’t choose the highest offer because of the risks (had to sell their home, not on the market, unlikely to appraise, with other contingencies.) She secured us a solid offer for $25,000 more than we could have wished for. And I will treasure the professional photos as a keepsake. I loved her realistic advice. I feel most Realtors just try to get you to list asap promising the world without any real proof behind what their saying. She is able to back-up her thoughts and that always reassured me and helped build that trust. I highly recommend her team if your looking to sell!
