I was looking for a house for over a year and happened to meet Jerry randomly when I went to see one of the houses. I had worked with previous agents before and had no luck landing a house with them. When I met Jerry, I was intrigued by his knowledge on locations and houses in general. He knew what he was talking about and was quick to get back to me if I had any questions. It was important to me to work with someone who was reliable. I feel like Jerry went out of his way to help, from explaining the contracts to helping create a contract I was happy with. He also created a cover letter which I have not seen any other agents due to this point. To my surprise, he was able to land me the second house we saw together. That was amazing to me after trying to land a house for a year. Jerry is incredibly knowledgeable in what he does. He helped me throughout the entire home buying process from start to finish. Always quick to answer any questions I had and very quick to reply to messages. He had knowledge of the local area where I wanted to buy my house. He paid attention to detail, made sure I was satisfied throughtout the entire process. Honestly, he made the entire home buying process painless. I cannot be happier and cannot thank him enough for all the help. Would definitely recommend to all friends and family!
