I was looking for a house for over a year and happened to meet Jerry randomly when I went to see one of the houses. I had worked with previous agents before and had no luck landing a house with them. When I met Jerry, I was intrigued by his knowledge on locations and houses in general. He knew what he was talking about and was quick to get back to me if I had any questions. It was important to me to work with someone who was reliable. I feel like Jerry went out of his way to help, from explaining the contracts to helping create a contract I was happy with.
