Jerry was absolutely the best!! During the entire process of selling my house, including the times that were difficult for me he was always there to make things happen. He was more than just my agent he was a friend who helped with anything I needed to sell the house. He gave advice, made suggestions, worked around my schedule, helped with paperwork and was absolutely invaluable when it came to making a few repairs required to pass home inspection. We met Jerry when we were in a predicament about finding a place to live. The building we were living in was up for sale and we had limited time and funds for relocating. He said he could help us and indeed he did. He not only found a wonderful condo in a wonderful community with many amenities, but also negotiated the best price for us. Furthermore, since we also had a condo to sell further South, he took on that project and produced two buyers within one week of the listing. That listing closed within a couple of weeks at asking price. As a retired Realtor I know how to pick a winner....
