I’ve served with Jerry in the Marine Corps prior to my home buying experience. Jerry completely exceeded in every aspect as my real estate agent. He continuously went the extra mile through the entire process. Being that this was my first home purchase, I needed a real estate agent that I could trust. Gerardo "Jerry" Lozano was more than helpful in finding us an apartment. He is extremely honest, upfront, and was able to find us a great property that fit right in our price range! Selling a home can be very nerve wrecking, but so is the fear of FOMO. As the markets fluctuated I felt I missed the boat. Then came in Jerry Lozano and his team. The amount of effort and time Jerry Lozano put into walking me through the process of selling my home was unbelievable. From the first day he saw the house, he spent the entire day walking me through the “big picture” so we could maximize profits from selling the house. From there on out, he was always available to provide me with the information that I needed (or didn’t need, but needed for the sake of my sanity) – every decision that I made, small or big, mattered to him. Not only did I feel like I had all the information I need to make those decisions, but I also felt like I was in good hands. Especially because, as a first-time seller, I didn’t know all of the questions I should be asking (or do’s and don’ts, for example) and he would proactively provide this information, which made me feel like I was walking through this process with eyes wide open. When the house came under contract in less than a month, we found ourselves working with buyers that lacked the urgency whether it was strategy or incompetence I am still unclear, nevertheless Jerry Lozano was there to ease the process and masterfully played the game to ensure I didn’t veer off from the initial offer price. From an expectations perspective, I don’t know how Jerry Lozano does it – I had a general number in mind sort of like if I got this number I would have no other choice to move becuase the deal would be to great to pass up. He exceeded that number with his impressive strategies and now I cannot imagine myself using anyone else in the future.
