Not only did Jerry help us find a great investment property, but he knew all the steps to getting it to be a licensed rental in the city of Warren and had a few handymen that he recommended for helping us make some repairs. Already looking for another home with him!

Jerry Khami helped us find our first home. He provided us with excellent service & communication. He was sure to point out things we did not notice or give thought to as first time home buyers rather than just rushing to make a sale. Couldn't be any happier with out experience.

jerry was the best relator ! He was honest and able to point out things as we were looking at homes . He always answered any questions we had . He is very professional . Jerry is Truely a nice guy !! We will definitely use him in the future along with recommend him to anyone we know looking for a good relator .

Jerry was great to work with. He took the time to really know what it is we were looking for and was very patient and showed us many homes over the course of a couple of months. Did not waste our time showing us homes he knew we would ultimately not like. He has been doing this for many years and it shows. Would definitely recommend.

Jerry is a very hardworking and trustworthy realtor who tells you the trueth. He points out both the good and the bad in homes, including potential costly repairs. Although our search took longer than we expected, Jerry was very helpful in making sure we found the right house for us.

Jerry worked hard to help me find a new home to live in, and sell our existing home. In my honest opinion, Jerry is a very hardworking and trustworthy realtor who treats you like family and make sure you find your dream home.
