Jerry assisted us in selling our home. Knew the market conditions and sold our home fast. Very happy with the seamless process and the end results. Esoteric Realty is a down to earth company and treated us like family.
Jerry is the type of person who would give you the shirt off his back. He is super helpful and made the sale easy!
Jerry is easy to work with, and does his job with a smile. His office runs with the top technology making the buying/selling process very user friendly. Jerry enjoys the real estate business as he himself owns homes. This also gives him an advantage knowing the market and what to look out for. He’s up on the market and market trends.
Jerry was amazing! He negotiated the best price for me and was there the whole way and made my first home buying experience a great one. I highly recommend him and he really knows houses. He pointed out all the things that he said the inspectors would find wrong with the house! He has already given me pointers on what to update to make my home worth more when I am ready to sell it.
Jerry always seemed very knowledgeable as he provided tips and advice for every home we looked at together. He’s personable and friendly and gets things done in a timely manner. I felt that I could ask him anything and really enjoyed working with him!
Jerry was the first agent I have worked with that really worked for me. He really worked on getting me the best deal and not just trying to get the quick deal to get himself payed as most real estate agents do. I highly recommend him.
Working with Jerry was a breeze! He took care of all the details and got our house sold for what we wanted. Jerry was always available and made things happen. Highly recommend!
Jerry is truly very knowledgeable not just in the housing market but can help with other things not always thought about like if you wanted to remodel one or more of the rooms, he gave us an accurate ballpark and will even make suggestions if you want. He isn't pushy and thinks about the house he is showing you as if he were about to buy it for himself.
Great guy definitely looking at you as a person and not a $ and has the people to make it happen !
We have been looking for an investment property on a corner lot with a side load garage. Jerry kept looking for us until he found one that matched exactly what we wanted, and he negotiated it down way below our budget too!
