Jerry went above and beyond, I listed three investment properties all tenant occupied. He did an amazing job facilitating every aspect of these sales from photos, to city inspections, communication between the potential buyers, all 3 tenants (which can be a daunting task) myself and anyone in between. The homes sold in no time at all w/ the original buyer having to back out due to financing issues Jerry maintained his resources and had a second buyer lined up for all 3 properties. Things went much smoother than expected because we all know one home let alone three can be stressful but Jerry kept the wheel moving forward and the successful sale of all three properties is complete!
