Very easy to work with and a real gentleman throughout the entire process.
Jerry was the selling broker in a transaction for which I was both the listing agent and a principal. I found him to very thorough in his knowledge of comparable sales and easy to reason with about the points I was trying to make in the negotiation process. He listens well and focused on getting his buyer and me as a seller what we both needed to make the deal work. He is a gentleman too! That is why we had a successful closing.
