Jerry Got Us Our Dream Home
After a less than stellar experience with another realtor we gave Jerry a call based on a recommendation. It was the best decision we made. With the way the market is I needed a realtor who could listen to what I wanted, find me appropriate houses, and then recommend the sort of offer I needed to be making in order to get the house. Jerry ended up recommending new construction for us which fit our needs perfectly even though this meant he wouldn't get his commission for a little while. But we closed the deal and I couldn't be happier. I really appreciated his level of dedication and professionalism.
