Jerry followed through with every question on such a timeless basis. He reviewed all the documents to make sure they were correct, and he worked very hard to ensure the little issues were taken care of and he worked well with the other agent thank you, Jerry
Jerry Allen went above and beyond to find us the perfect home. With Jerry’s knowledge of the area and experience with the housing market, we were able to find the house that checked all the boxes. It was a complex process and we are blessed to have had such a great agent on our side through to the end. Thank you Jerry! I recommend anyone looking to purchase a home, give Jerry Allen a call!

I highly recommend Jerry! We needed the perfect house for my 88 year old, independant, mom. Jerry was patient and understanding through the six month process as we navigated a three hour drive, various hospital stays, and medical issues. Jerry showed mom and I eight houses, then when the travel got to much for her he continued to show my son probably 20 more. We had offers, or contracts, in on four properties that for various reasons didn't close. Jerry stuck with us and never showed frustration. Thanks to him, we have mom in her new "perfect for her" house.
Jerry did good research on comps for the sale of our property. We were very happy with the price he was able to obtain. Jerry showed very good professionalism and knowledge. Thanks Jerry.
