Jerrold was recommended to us through Veterans United. As soon as he was assigned he called to talk to both me and my wife. We shared a little of our backgrounds with each other and were able to establish an immediate rapport. Jerrold then proceeded to send us links to house listings in order to narrow down the style and location of houses we were interested in. Once we were finally able to physically travel and look at houses, Jerrold was ready. We ended up finding the house we wanted within a few days time, thanks to Jerrold’s planning. I think what we liked the most was that Jerrold demonstrated just the right balance between maintaining communication with us, without being too pushy.
