Jerrold was fantastic at identifying homes that matched our preferences based on the criteria we provided and the homes we liked. He arranged virtual tours of each house we wanted to see while we were still in Hawaii. During this process, he also suggested a few other homes, one of which turned out to be our final choice. Even while we remained in Hawaii, he and his wife provided us with regular updates, keeping us informed about any issues arising during the closing process. Thanks to their efforts, we were able to finalize the purchase of our home even before arriving in San Antonio.
