Jerrod was AMAZING!!!! He completely exceeded our expectations in a realtor! He’s was detailed, easy to get a hold of, nice to be around, knowledgeable and worked hard for us. He was able to tell us what things would cost to fix, brought up good points we didn’t necessarily think of. He was great at negotiating, making sure not to scare off the sellers but still getting us a great deal. He fought for us to make sure we got everything we needed to feel secure in our new home. He made sure things were taken care of properly. He not only got up on the roof of the home we were buying to make sure the job was done but when it didn’t meet his standards he had them come back twice to get it done right. And while up on the roof he ended up cleaning our gutters! He was extremely on top of everything! He stayed intouch with our mortgage company to be sure to meet deadlines so our closing was right on time. He was available every time we called/text/emailed. He made sure we knew everything up front so there were no surprises. He is even staying in contact with us after closing to make sure we don’t have any questions or concerns. He was able to answer every question we had whether it was mortgage based or home repair cost. We really felt taken care of knowing he was on top of things for us. I want to refer him to everyone I know!
