Very helpful and knowledgeable
Jermaine was very helpful, resourceful, knowledgeable, reliable and professional throughout my entire home purchasing process. Things like meeting with sellers..over seeing repairs..delivering documents when I was unable to are just a few qualities Jermaine demonstrated while working with him. His knowledge of real estate and the market overall was helpful in pricing negotiations, and he made sure I was well informed about things I should be entitled like for example homestead exemption. In closing my experience with Jermaine was so pleasant he is no longer my realtor' he's family..and and I look forward to purchasing another home with him in the near future!
