I contacted Mr. Tingle and explained my situation (landlord increasing rate do to loses because of Covid) not only did he express true empathy but also gave me the personal service necessary to help me find a beautiful home before my move out deadline. He worked with me to overcome any obstacles that may have deterred me from obtaining residency. He handled himself and my situation with the utmost professionalism. It was a pleasure doing business with him and his company and would highly recommend him to anyone that finds themself in a similar situation.
