Jermaine Is one of the realist agents you’ll find ! we had told him what we were looking for and he was honest about all the homes we looked at . He wasn’t focused on him getting us to buy a home , he was focused on making sure it was what we wanted and even gave some of his honest opinions of the different properties. He has an amazing personality and wasn’t rude once to us . I will forever be thankful for him and his work and years down the road if we move again we will use him as our agent again .

Jermaine is a very knowledgeable and extremely helpful agent. He made some of the experiences very good however, it was difficult to reach him at times and he did stress us out several times during the buying process. Still a very good agent and would recommend for others to use.

He worked with me to overcome any obstacles that may have deterred me from obtaining residency. He handled himself and my situation with the utmost professionalism.
