Originally from Southern California, and I have called south Florida home for more than 20 years. During that time, I successfully represented buyers, sellers, landlords, tenants and developers from Jupiter to Miami, specializing in the South Palm Beach County areas. I successfully, opened and currently operate Posh Properties, with 3 offices and 45 professional Realtors to serve you. I have consistently been recognized as one of the top producers in the area, and am well respected among my industry peers. My years of experience and strong knowledge of the area’s inventory and trends has increased my knowledge base and ability to listen, understand and provide the right marketing to sell your home and find the right property for your future home. My previous career includes President of Medical Collection Services, Inc, leading to my appointment as a California State Receiver and as a Arizona State Appointed Trustee. I thoroughly understand the business of real estate, and am competent and knowledgeable in all areas of real estate transactions, including document and proposal preparation, lease negotiations, new builder sales, investment properties, auction, re-sales and both annual and seasonal rentals.
