Jeri is THE BEST in Redwood City and surrounding areas. We had bought/sold homes twice before, working with realtors who were perfectly nice but didn't feel amazing. After 3 friends gave rave reviews about Jeri, we worked with her on the sale of our second home. Jeri listened to our needs/concerns but told it to us straight with no bull or trying to please us by telling us what she thinks we want to hear. She shared what to expect at each stage and offered choices of approaches. Jeri is an expert on the east side, refreshing after our previous realtor kept pushing us toward the west side (which was frankly out of our price range; our previous realtor could have served us better if she had been honest about our prospects and more aggressively on the lookout for eastside homes). Jeri was always a step ahead on communication and seemed available at all hours. The one time she was going to be briefly unavailable (due to attending a funeral!), she communicated ahead of time to let us know, had another colleague available in case questions came up, and checked in with us in the evening to give an update. Our 1st offer fell through, but Jeri was sniffing around on top of it asking the other agent to give updates before there was cause for alarm-Jeri has amazing instincts. Our disappointment didn't last long, as Jeri had a new offer for us within days, which went through smoothly without a hitch. I completely trust her as a buyer's or seller's agent (my friend worked with her as a buyer after working with another agent making offers on multiple homes but always missing out; they switched to Jeri, and she quickly found them an amazing home that she heard about premarket and was aggressive in bringing in their offer on the dot). Jeri is direct, knowledgeable, ethical, assertive, knows the bay area, and loves her job. She is 100% dedicated to you whether your budget is a 2-bedroom townhouse or a mansion, and her support never stops-even well beyond closing.
