Jeri was seamless in handling both the sale of our current home and the purchase of our new one. She effectively managed multiple inquiries from us each day, serving as both our seller's agent and buyer's agent. Jeri skillfully navigated the complexities of working with a corporation as a buyer and negotiated a fair price for our new home. She was amazing to work with, and I couldn't recommend her more!

Working with Jeri was an absolute pleasure from start to finish! She is incredibly knowledgeable about the market and made the entire buying process seamless. What stood out the most was her communication—Jeri was always available to answer questions, provide updates, and guide us through each step. She was transparent and honest, making sure we had all the information needed to make informed decisions. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience and highly recommend Jeri to anyone looking to buy or sell!

We recently had the pleasure of working with Jeri Richardson-Daines of Nuterra Real Estate Group during the sale of a family home. From our initial meeting to the final closing day, Jeri demonstrated the utmost professionalism, market expertise, and a commitment to our needs that made a positive difference. Jeri provided valuable insights into the local real estate market, helping us make informed decisions about our purchase. We were consistently impressed with her level of responsiveness. Jeri advocated for us throughout negotiations, ensuring all parties were happy with the outcome. Closing can often be a stressful process, Jeri managed every detail meticulously, making it as smooth as possible. We wholeheartedly recommend Jeri Richardon-Daines to anyone who is looking to buy or sell a property. Her dedication to our satisfaction was evident in every interaction. Thank you, Jeri, for helping us find the perfect buyer for our family home.

We couldn't be more pleased that we chose Jeri RIchardson-Daines from Nuterra Real Estate Group for our real estate needs. Her knowledge and experience, combined with her patient approach, made this otherwise stressful event a smooth and successful process. I highly recommend her to anyone looking for top-notch real estate services. She really knows her stuff. She walked us through every aspect of getting the home ready, staging , professional pictures and videos and keeping us so informed on every aspect down to the day of closing. We would definitely use her again and recommend her with great praise. She truly takes care of you in such a vulnerable and stressful time.

We cannot recommend Jeri enough for anyone looking to sell their home. After Jeri found us a new home and represented us as buyers, she went to work prepping, listing and selling our old home. She knew exactly what we needed to do to prepare the house and had helpful contacts. She was hands-on throughout the process, overseeing everything from staging to the final details. She made sure the house looked its absolute best. Her knowledge of the market was very evident! She guided us through comps and helped us set the listing price. She always provided knowledge but left final decisions in our hands and supported us with whatever we decided. Open houses went great (she even had an Italian Soda bar at one!) and we got considerable interest in the house. On offer day, she guided us through negotiating and accepting a top offer from the multiple offers. When the unthinkable happened and the buyers had to pull out days before closing for their own financial reasons, she handled the situation with amazing professionalism. Within hours, she lined up another buyer (thanks to her connections to other local agents), and we walked away with the same purchase price and closed only 2 days later than excepted. At every stage, Jeri was warm, friendly, and committed to us as buyers. She goes above and beyond, works around the clock and is a skilled agent and negotiator. We would work with her again in a heartbeat and recommend her without reservation!

We knew we had found a great agent when we interviewed Jeri, but she went on to exceed our expectations in every way! Jeri goes above and beyond for her clients. She is very easy to communicate with and is extremely knowledgeable about the market. When we started looking at houses, she guided us through on- and off-market listings. She taught us about the market and guided our decision-making while taking time to understand us and our needs in a house. She was patient with all of our questions and was available at all hours as things came up! Buying a home can be a difficult, stressful time, and her positivity and responsiveness helped us stay grounded and focused on our goal. When we found a house we really loved, she helped us craft a good offer. Ultimately, her ability to communicate with the listing agent is what got us the house despite it having many other offers. Even after our offer was accepted, she went above and beyond in her guiding us through lining up contractors to help us quickly renovate the home before moving in. Throughout the process, Jeri was a joy to work with. We feel so fortunate to have had her as our agent, and we would emphatically recommend her to others without any reservations.

From start to finish, Jeri was on her A game. Jeri was organized, communicative, gave great advice, has a ton of contacts, and her experience was invaluable. I sincerely recommend her 100%. You can put her to work and just get out of the way. Jeri knows how to bring the full value of your home out for all to see.

I have been a commercial real estate broker for over 40 years. I have worked with a number of excellent, fully qualified , residential agents and brokers. Jeri Richardson- Dianes certainly ranks high in my experiences with those residential sales people. If I had a referral for the San Mateo/ Burlingame area Jeri would be my first choice. Exceptional attention to detail, excellent market knowledge and a keen sense of what it takes to make a deal. Jeri would be your best choice.

I cannot begin to say what an amazing positive experience I had using Jeri Richardson-Daines. First her ability to manage all of the moving parts of the sale was phenomenal. Her knowledge of the market and expert opinion on what the house was worth were perfect. She was professional, extremely detail oriented and had the resources to prepare the house for market. When the offer came in, she was able to negotiate some final details that allowed the deal to close. All I can say is if you are lucky enough to get her as your agent, you will not be disappointed. I would use her again in a heartbeat!
