We cannot recommend Jeri enough for anyone looking to sell their home. After Jeri found us a new home and represented us as buyers, she went to work prepping, listing and selling our old home. She knew exactly what we needed to do to prepare the house and had helpful contacts. She was hands-on throughout the process, overseeing everything from staging to the final details. She made sure the house looked its absolute best. Her knowledge of the market was very evident! She guided us through comps and helped us set the listing price. She always provided knowledge but left final decisions in our hands and supported us with whatever we decided. Open houses went great (she even had an Italian Soda bar at one!) and we got considerable interest in the house. On offer day, she guided us through negotiating and accepting a top offer from the multiple offers. When the unthinkable happened and the buyers had to pull out days before closing for their own financial reasons, she handled the situation with amazing professionalism. Within hours, she lined up another buyer (thanks to her connections to other local agents), and we walked away with the same purchase price and closed only 2 days later than excepted. At every stage, Jeri was warm, friendly, and committed to us as buyers. She goes above and beyond, works around the clock and is a skilled agent and negotiator.
