He helped engage a trusted home inspector to give quick guidance when inspections were not part of the process. o He is consistent in his messaging and has a positive demeanor that creates a feeling of trust. o He always follows through, including after the sale. I would not hesitate to recommend Jeremy as a listing or buyers’ agent. I can end this with the most important part of working with Jeremy. He takes the ethics of his job very seriously. While the market in 2021 and 2022, brought out realtors thinking they could make good money in a crazy market and were less then professional, Jeremy was stellar in his honest knowledgeable understanding of the real estate business at looking out for in this case the interest of his buyers.
