When my fiancé and I decided we wanted to buy a house, we started joining groups on Facebook and liking real estate agents pages. Jeremy reached out to us one morning and asked would we be interested in a no pressure first time home buyers consultation so we could learn more about the home buying process. He met us at his office one weekend morning and gave us a packet of information. He even showed us a house we were interested in that day! We viewed several houses with Jeremy, and he was very patient with us. We are very picky people and probably wanted too much out of our first house. Jeremy ended up convincing us to view a new construction in a place we had thought we weren't interested in. He scheduled a time so we could meet the builder, and we viewed some of the houses in the area a few times before we decided that was the one. Jeremy wrote up our contract late one evening. I don't think it gets any better than Jeremy. He was with us through every step, and he knew what we wanted better than we did! I would recommend Jeremy to anyone, whether they're buying a house or listing one.
