He met us at his office one weekend morning and gave us a packet of information. He even showed us a house we were interested in that day! We viewed several houses with Jeremy, and he was very patient with us. We are very picky people and probably wanted too much out of our first house. Jeremy ended up convincing us to view a new construction in a place we had thought we weren't interested in. He scheduled a time so we could meet the builder, and we viewed some of the houses in the area a few times before we decided that was the one. Jeremy wrote up our contract late one evening.
