This is the second house we bought with Jeremy and he was very patient and helpful as always, taking us for multiple viewings at sometimes rather short notice, he was super efficient and attentive and never pushy. He lets you look at the houses quietly and think carefully and let you decide. He could always offer you his expert opinion on the neighborhood when you ask him. He was skilled with speedy drafting of contracts and helped us negotiate for the best deal and made sure the seller followed through with repairs. Even after closing, he followed-up with us. My wife and I were moving from Tampa, FL so we were unable to do any home visits in person until final walkthrough. Jeremy was incredibly helpful and flexible to schedule virtual tours for us and show us the houses. We were also purchasing a home for the first time, and Jeremy did a great job going through the process with us and explaining every step. Once we found our future home, he got things turned around very quickly and did his best to get us the best price. We paid a bit under listing price and paid little to no closing costs.
