After seeing our property inside and out he wasn't afraid to raise the asking price to a number he thought was appropriate. This was based on the attractive landscaping and the top notch upgrades that we had made inside the home. Once we received multiple offers within the first few hours of the house hitting the market Jeremy helped us sort through the multiple offers, negotiate with the prospective buyer through their agent and get a closing price that both parties were happy with.
